The Brading Plan will be a living and evolving document created by the people of Brading. It will have at least six chapters covering housing, countryside, traffic, tourism, employment and sport and community facilities. You, the people of Brading will be consulted, chapter by chapter over the next three years. The Plan will look forward twenty years and will guide planners, policy makers, developers and others on how the people of Brading want to see their Town develop.
This is the most important document Brading has had the opportunity to create in a long time.
The final draft of the Housing and Development Chapter, along with its appendices has now been completed.
