The Brading Centre is open from 9am - 12noon Monday to Friday

The Centre will be used in the afternoons by groups and clubs. If you would like to use the centre in the afternoons, please ring 01983 401770 or email the Town Council.

About Brading Town Council

Brading Town Council was established in 1895 and is the most local tier of government, after the County Council. It is therefore very well equipped to represent the views of the local community.

Along with undertaking a large number of projects in the parish (see projects page), the Town Council provides a range of services,which include:

- Working closely with residents to help resolve any queries. Any problems with the local environment such as pot holes, overgrown hedges, traffic issues etc can all be passed on to the relevent authority on your behalf. Visit the Brading Centre to pass on any concerns and to speak to a member of staff.
-Providing a Community Centre (The Brading Centre)
-Running a Railway Heritage Exhibition and Visitor Centre at Brading Station
-Maintaining a number of bus shelters
-Providing and maintaining Beechgrove Play Area
-Maintaining Bulley’s Hill Quarry and Brading Butterfly Walk
-Maintaining 3 public gardens
-Providing and maintaining a number of public seats
-Maintaining notice boards on the Town Hall, outside the Youth Club and along Morton Road
-Providing and maintaining allotments in Station Road
