Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours on Monday 12 June 2023 until 1800 hours on Wednesday 21 June 2023, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Hadrians Way for its entire length. There is no alternative route. The closure is required for safety during utility works.
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours on Monday 12 June 2023 until 1800 hours on Friday 30 June 2023, or when the works has been completed, a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ parking restriction will be introduced along Station Road, on both sides, for its entire length, on street signage / cones will depict the exact length. The restriction is required to prevent parking and for safety during utility works.
Island Roads will be carrying out our carriageway crack sealing works on various roads across the Island commencing beginning of July. Due to the very short duration of the works per site, they will be using 15 minute delay boards where necessary to minimise disruption. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.
